REACH means Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals. It is a new European regulation which applies as from the first of june 2007, and replaces all earlier regulations. The purpose of REACH is protection of humans and the environment against the risks of chemicals.  (source: VROM)

To the Flashlube fuel additives as well, the REACH regulation applies. Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid, Injector Cleaner, Diesel Conditioner and Oil Stabiliser are registered during the pre-registration for REACH at the EACHA; the European Agency for Chemicals.
